1. Lines on Toric Lenses

You have a brand new pair of contact lenses, and while looking to see if it's inside out, you notice a small line near the edge of the lens. Is that a defect? Or did you scratch the lens already?? Is that going to hurt your eye? If you have astigmatism, don't worry, that line is supposed to be there. Read about toric contact lenses for astigmatism and the little lines that are on them here.

2. How To Put Contact Lenses In

If you have never worn contact lenses, you are going to find this to be one of the biggest learning curves in wearing contact lenses. Everyone eventually develops their own way of inserting lenses, but we go over one way here.

3. How To Take Contact Lenses Out

If you can put your contact lenses in, but you can't take them out, it doesn't take long before panic can set in. How do you get these things out of your eye? And, no, you can't just touch the lens and it will magically stick to your finger. You do have to actually squeeze the contact lens off of your eye. 4. Why Don't We Sell Online Contact Lenses?

Here at OnlineContactLensAdvice, we have debated whether or not to sell contact lenses online. At this time, it is not feasible for us to do so. Because we are in Canada, and the majority of people who visit our site are in the United States or Great Britain or other countries, the legalities of exporting prescription contact lenses to other countries is too complicated for a small company like us. It is a possibility for us to sell contact lenses within Canada, and if you are in Canada and would like to see this available, please send us a message using our Contact Us form.
